The Graduate Student Senate hosts an annual Outstanding Faculty & Staff Awards ceremony to honor Washington University faculty and staff members who positively impact the graduate student experience. Outstanding faculty mentors are selected based on evidence of exceptional contributions to graduate students’ quality of life and workplace, scholarly development, and professional development. Outstanding staff members are selected based on evidence of exceptional graduate student community development, personal relationship building, and advocacy on behalf of graduate students.
